Circle Soccer Agility Drill
This is a basic agility drill that will develop agility. This Soccer Agility drill uses cones set up in a circle with one in the middle.
How to perform the drill:
Set up 9 cones including one in the middle. The cones should be evenly split around the outside of the center cone. Each cone should be 3-5 yards from the center cone. The soccer drill must be done at 100%. The athlete starts in the middle then goes on their own count. The object is to touch all the cones in as fast a time as you can.
